Whilst designing and building high quality motorcycles we needed to find a coating that would meet our requirements to give a strong, resilient and high quality finish. This is where we discovered Cerakote.
We now offer Cerakote services for a number of applications from exhausts to golf clubs, from suspension to 3D prints.

WHAT IS CERAKOTE
Cerakote is a ceramic based finish that can be applied to metals, plastics, and polymers. Cerakote ceramic coating enhances a number of physical performance properties including thermal insulation, lubrication, abrasion/wear resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, impact strength, and hardness. There are a number of different series that Cerakote offer which suit different application, the two main ones are: H Series - Has over 120 Colours to choose from. Super high corrosion and chemical resistance. Excellent for many applications from automotive to Sports, to 3D printed parts This product is oven cured. C Series - Can withstand temperatures of up to 1800 F. Great for engine and exhaust components. There are plenty of colour choices but more limited than H Series. This product is air cured. We can talk through your application and what best meets your needs.

DISASSEMBLE

Ensure item is fully disassembled

DEGREASE

Usually through soaking in appropriate degreaser

MASKING & RACKING
​
Ensuring all appropriate areas are protected

MEDIA BLASTING
Ensuring item is clear of debris and the surface is sufficiently etched for the application

GAS OUT
​
In the oven to ensure all oils and other impurities have left the item
06
SPRAY COATING
​
This could be a simple single application or involve stencilling, multi colour, colour fill.
07
CURING
​
Dependant on product used this could be oven or air
PRICE LIST
The price lists below give an idea as to what we can Cerakote and a guide price based on a single colour. The size, complexity, preparation and introduction of muitiple colours will impact the final price.
